Educational Videos The first is an ARTS educational video, which promotes the use of scrap tires in recycled materials. This video, entitled "Where the Rubber Meets the Road", details the mission of the ARTS program and how it utilizes crumb rubber in hot mix asphalt (HMA) to make more durable roads and reduce waste in South Carolina. The second is an instructional video geared towards asphalt contractors, engineers, and other technical personnel. The video shows step-by-step operation of the ARTS blending unit, in addition to plant and roadway procedures for rubber-modified asphalt applications. To purchase
