Two students from Dr. Scott Husson's research group were recognized at the 2009 North American Membrane Society meeting in Charleston, SC

Ph.D. students, Daniel Wandera and Bharat Bhut were recognized at the 2009 North American Membrane Society meeting in Charleston, SC for their outstanding research. Daniel won first prize in the student competition for his cross-cutting research project "Preparation of Characterization of Fouling-resistant, Temperature-Responsive Membranes for Treatment of Produced Water".

Bharat won second prize for his cross-cutting research project "Membrane chromatography: Purification of anthrax protective antigen protein using newly designed weak anion-exchange membranes".

Congratulations to both of these students for their outstanding work and achievements.
