Paste sequence (in one letter format)   Example...

Sequence ID (optional)

Upload sequence file (in FASTA format)

Additional parameters of calculations:
Parameter 1:  highest threshold for sequence identities in multiple sequence alignment. Explain...
Parameter 2:  definition of total conservation for a residue in the excluded positions. Explain...
Parameter 3:  lower threshold for degree of conservation for the 1st position. Explain...
Parameter 4:  lower threshold for degree of conservation for the 2nd position (see footnote). Explain...

Use biophysical constrains.

Explain...

Do not use biophysical constrains.

Footnote:

Increasing the value of the parameter 4 reduces the rate of false positive predictions. Thus, setting the parameter 4 to 100% will result in predicting residue contacts with high confidence. However, be aware that in many cases this may lead to zero predictions.
