Teaching excellence recognized

The Murray Stokely Award is given to a faculty member in engineering to recognize excellence in teaching at the undergraduate and/or graduate level with emphasis on the most recent three years. This year's award was presented to S. Michael Kilbey, II, associate professor, chemical engineering.

Shiou-Jyh Hwu, professor of chemistry, was honored with the Award of Excellence for Teaching in the Sciences. The award is given to a faculty member in sciences or textiles to recognize excellence in teaching at the undergraduate and/or graduate level with emphasis on the most recent three years.
