Moving the ‘cue. . .again!

The ACES (Alumni of Clemson Engineering & Science) annual barbecue will be held in conjunction with the Clemson vs. Furman football game on September 6th. Last year, renovations to Littlejohn Coliseum forced the gathering to be held in the gymnasium of the Jervey Athletic Center.

This year, the barbecue and reunion will return to Littlejohn Coliseum. We’ll be gathering in the main concourse, between portals
15 – 18. You’ll enter through the east or west gate.

As always, the barbecue will start two and a half hours before kick-off. Adults can choose pork or chicken, and children can opt for hot dogs. Adult plates with all the trimmings will be $10.00. Children can dine for $4.00 per plate. Learn more by e-mailing Barbara Emkin at emkinb@clemson.edu, or phone at (864) 656-2406.

The ACES barbecue returns to Littlejohn Coliseum this fall. As Earnest went to press, landscaping was being completed.

Earnest is published by the College of Engineering and Science at Clemson University for the alumni and friends of the College. Subscriptions are free upon request.
