NSF CAREER Awardees
Three College of Engineering and Science faculty won National Science
Foundation (NSF) CAREER Awards this year:
- Chad Sosolik, assistant professor of physics,
- Jason McNeill, and
- Julia Brumaghim, two chemistry faculty.

The CAREER Award is one of the most prestigious given by the NSF.
It is granted to promising young researchers in science and engineering
who have translated their work into significant educational activities
and who are deemed most likely to become the academic leaders of the
21st century.
