Equipment Donors
Artisan Instruments, Inc. has agreed to donate the hardware to convert key closures into MIDI output. When the original Artisan company was sold in the early 1970's, Artisan Instruments bought the rights to the kit division, upon which our instrument was based. Thanks to Red Carlson, manager of Artisan Instruments, for arranging this generous donation.
Sprint Nextel has donated approximately 200 feet of 200 conductor cable for use in fabricating new cables to connect the electronics to the console. Many thanks to Tom Allen for arranging this donation.
The First Baptist Church of Greenwood, SC donated a 16 foot pedal rank (open diapason by Schantz, circa 1948) along with three windchests that were not used in their new organ.
