Student submissions for this page are welcomed, but only anonymously. Delivered by "a brown-shoed square, in the dead of night" or something else along those lines. (The first three were discovered pinned to my bulletin board.) If you can identify the quote above, by the way, you win the obscure trivia prize of the year.
NOTICE: (March 2, 2005) Finally! After more than half a decade, I received another sketch (delivered surrepticiously, as requested). See Fugitive Willy.
Wild Bill at work: First known use of "Wild Bill" during my career as an educator.
Elizabethan Willy: Wild Bill in the ruff.
Dr. Jekyll and Mr. Bill: No explanation necessary.
Playmate Willie: Believe it or not. If you don't have a reasonable (in my opinion) sense of humor, perhaps you should avoid this one. If you are offended, do not say you were not warned.
ECE God: From out of Norse mythology....
Egghead Willy: Lost for about two decades, this sketch from early in my teaching career was found buried in a rat's nest in the garage, partially eaten and used as their toilet for who knows how long. Obviously drawn at some time when I wore a crewcut.
Fugitive Willy: I think I'll turn myself in for the reward, then I can buy the known universe!
Willy goes Hawaiian. Recently rediscovered after being misplaced for some time. Evidently done by the same artist that did "ECE God" (Look for the artist's small triangular logo).
