TextC.W. Fetter, Applied Hydrogeology

This course presents an overview of the methods and principles of hydrogeology.  The first third of the course reviews basic process associated with the movement of water within watersheds, whereas the second third focuses on concepts and methods for analyzing porous media flow.  The course concludes with presentations on conceptual models of regional hydrogeology and issues related to water quality and remediation. 

We have a field exercise at the Clemson Well Field, where we learn methods used to conduct pumping and slug tests.
