Six Sigma Green Belt
Who Should Attend? Overview Green Belts play a vital role within the Six Sigma initiative as they lead the Six Sigma process on a daily basis. They often execute the principles and practices of Six Sigma and lead small-scale improvement projects within their respective areas. Green Belts do much of the legwork in gathering data and executing experiments in order to support the efforts of Black Belt projects. This five-day Six Sigma Green Belt course is designed to enhance technical problem solving skills using statistical tools and the application methods of the Six Sigma methodology to create cost savings which will contribute significantly to the success of your organization. | |
