Joe E. Toler Joe E. Toler, PhD, is on the faculty of Applied Economics and Statistics at Clemson University. Dr. Toler uses a linear models approach to teach graduate level courses on design and analysis of experiments and selected topics in experimental statistics. Joe also collaborates university-wide with many faculty and graduate students on research studies and serves on numerous graduate student advisory committees. | |
