Example of a highly multilayered morphology in
an extruded filament. The number of layers that are obtained is controllable.
Many thousands of layers have been produced in extruded filaments and films.
Extrusions can be manufactured with a wide variety of morphologies and
morphology is selectable on line so that properties of products can be
optimized.
