PSATSim
This program simulates the power and performance of a superscalar
processor. The program is currently under development. Please refer to
the older version
of the software for instructions, benchmarks, and demos while this
version is being developed.

It was published in the
Workshop on Computer Architecture Education held in conjunction with
ISCA 2006.
